1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the x77com online betting and gaming platform, available at https://x77com.cam ("the Platform", "x77com", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

x77com provides an online betting and gaming service that includes, but is not limited to, sports betting (including cricket, football, tennis and other disciplines), live casino, slot machines, table games, esports wagering and instant games. The Platform is made available on a global basis subject to applicable jurisdictional restrictions.

We reserve the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Platform and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction or the operator's license terms, whichever is greater. The Platform enforces age verification as part of its KYC process. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the service. x77com does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This is not legal advice — you must seek independent legal guidance if uncertain about your obligations.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory direction or other legal restriction that prohibits gambling activity.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening, operating or benefiting from multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.5 Excluded Persons

Individuals who have placed themselves on a self-exclusion register, or who have been excluded by the Platform for any prior breach of these Terms, are not eligible to register a new Account. Any Account opened in violation of an existing exclusion will be closed immediately.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full features of the Platform, including deposits, withdrawals and bonus claims, Users must complete the registration process and pass identity verification (KYC).

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. The Platform accepts no liability for errors or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Platform may request the following documents at any time as part of its KYC process:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of residential address where required — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months;

4.3 Right to Request Documentation

The Platform reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on withdrawal functionality or account suspension pending resolution.

5. Account Use & Security

5.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Account.

5.2 Suspicious Activity

You must notify the Platform immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account. Contact the support team through the Help Centre or at the email address provided in Section 18. The Platform will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

5.3 Personal Use Only

Your Account is for your personal use only. It may not be used for commercial purposes, to act as an agent for a third party, to manage funds on behalf of another person or to facilitate any form of money laundering or financial crime.

6. Deposits & Payments

The Platform accepts deposits via various payment methods, which may be updated from time to time. Payment method references on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are contextual references familiar to Pakistani users and do not constitute endorsement of gambling by those institutions. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change; always check the cashier for current options.

6.1 Currency

The Platform processes transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and other supported currencies as displayed in the cashier. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Platform and may vary from market rates.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be adjusted at the Platform's discretion. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that you own and are authorised to use. The Platform reserves the right to verify the source of funds and to withhold processing pending satisfactory verification. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the Account suspended.

6.4 No Interest

No interest shall accrue on any funds held in your Account balance. Deposited funds are held for the sole purpose of facilitating gameplay and do not constitute a financial product or investment.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing timeframes — refer to the Help Centre for guidance on typical processing windows by payment method.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-related winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• The withdrawal method must generally match the deposit method, subject to Platform discretion;
• Withdrawal account details must match the name on the registered Account;
• The Platform reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests;

8. Bonuses & Promotions

The Platform offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, become available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). These requirements must be met within any time limit specified in the offer terms.

8.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address and payment method applies. The Platform reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if it reasonably believes the User does not meet eligibility criteria or has breached these Terms or the specific bonus terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus offers — including through coordinated betting strategies, hedging bets to reduce genuine risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abuse and close the Account.

8.4 Promotional Amendments

The Platform may alter, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to qualifying Users under specific offer terms.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform's system and a confirmation reference is issued. The Platform reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or odds being displayed.

9.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by sport, market, game type and individual account. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by the Platform without prior notice.

9.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure or system error that affects the integrity of a bet or game session, the Platform reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round. No liability attaches to the Platform for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

9.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable cut-off period; the result is declared void by the relevant sports governing body; or the Platform determines that the event outcome has been corrupted by illegal activity, such as match-fixing.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, claim duplicate bonuses or evade previous account closures;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate financial crime in any form;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities or errors for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written permission;
• Engaging in coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms or arbitrage Platform pricing;
• Sharing login credentials or permitting third parties to access or operate your Account;
• Placing bets on events where you hold insider knowledge or influence over the outcome;
• Any conduct that the Platform reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

11. Responsible Gambling

x77com is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be entertaining and conducted within your financial means. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Users through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss limits — restrictions on the net amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session time reminders — notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary breaks from gambling without full account closure;
• Self-exclusion — voluntary closure of the Account for a defined or indefinite period.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by the x77com Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data including your name, contact details, date of birth, financial information and identity documents for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support and service improvement. 13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of x77com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The x77com name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary to x77com.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of x77com.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• x77com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• x77com's total liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits held in your Account at the time the liability arises;
• x77com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, regulatory interventions or third-party service outages;
• x77com makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Suspension & Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider;
• A court order, regulatory direction or other legal obligation requiring account restriction;
• The User's self-exclusion request or responsible gambling referral.

On closure of an Account, any verified real-money Balance (net of any applicable deductions under these Terms) will be returned to the User via a method determined by the Platform, following completion of all required verification and compliance checks. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon account closure.

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests may take up to 72 hours to process. Pending bets at the time of closure may be settled or voided at the Platform's discretion in accordance with applicable game rules.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

x77com does not represent that the Platform is lawful, appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan, in particular, should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable local legislation. This document does not constitute legal advice. 17. Amendments to These Terms

x77com reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform (for example, by a banner notification or email where contact details are available).

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
